What level of support and training does Edgescan to customers?

Edgescan is setup to in a customer focused manner. We provide customers as much information as they need in order to maximise their impact while using Edgescan.

For new customers, contact your Edgescan sales rep to organise training for you and your teams. Training will typically be a 30minute hands on session to get you familiar with how the platform works.

For existing customers, contact your Edgescan CSM to organise training for you and your teams. Sessions with existing customers will typically be problem-based instead of a high-level training session. Either way, we can ensure you get enabled.
