What is an asset?
An asset is how Edgescan groups one or many scan targets together for licence and configuration purposes.

An asset is a scan target in Edgescan. It’s one of the most central models in Edgescan. It is described via several properties (as shown below) and can be a web application, an API, a single IP address, a block of IPs (including CIDR ranges) or a combination/collection of these.
To be scanned, an asset will require an active licence assigned to it.
