What Are Each Of The Columns In The Licence Export?

The Licensing Export feature allows users to generate and export a list of licenses, which can be sent via email or downloaded as a CSV, JSON, or XLSX file.

Users can filter the licenses they want to export from the list of licences available to the user.

Accessing the export licence feature:

Navigate to the ‘Licences’ page and filter to the list of licences you want to export.
Locate the navigation bar on the top-left-hand side.
Click the "Export" button and a popup window will appear.

Export Options:

Choose the file type you wish to export: CSV, JSON, or XLSX.
Select the export method: download the file directly or send it via email.

The Export

The table below presents the fields included in the export, along with their descriptions, data types, and notes. The columns related to licence service constraints are dynamically generated based on the licences purchased.
