# What Are Each Of The Columns In The Licence Export?

## The Licensing Export feature allows users to generate and export a list of licenses, which can be sent via email or downloaded as a CSV, JSON, or XLSX file.

Users can filter the licenses they want to export from the list of licences available to the user.

#### Accessing the export licence feature:

- Navigate to the ‘Licences’ page and filter to the list of licences you want to export.
- Locate the navigation bar on the top-left-hand side.
- Click the "Export" button and a popup window will appear.

#### Export Options:

- Choose the file type you wish to export: CSV, JSON, or XLSX.
- Select the export method: download the file directly or send it via email.

#### The Export

The table below presents the fields included in the export, along with their descriptions, data types, and notes. The columns related to licence service constraints are dynamically generated based on the licences purchased.

| A | Uuid | Universally Unique Identifier for the licence | UUID, String | Typically represented as a 128-bit value and stored as a string. |
| B | Name | Licence title | String | Should be a descriptive name. |
| C | Purchase Date | Date when the licence was purchased | Date | Stored in 'YYYY-MM-DD' format. |
| D | Po Number | Purchase Order number | String | Alphanumeric identifier for the purchase order. |
| E | Order Uuid | Universally Unique Identifier for the order | UUID, String | A unique identifier for each order. |
| F | Order Item Uuid | Universally Unique Identifier for the order item | UUID, String | A unique identifier for each item in an order. |
| G | Organization Name | Name of the organization that purchased the order | String | The full name of the organization. |
| H | Organization Id | Unique identifier for the organization | Integer | A unique identifier for each organization. |
| I | Status | Current status of the licence | String | Examples include 'active', 'inactive', 'pending', etc. |
| J | Start Date | Start date of the licence for the validity period | Date | Stored in 'YYYY-MM-DD' format. |
| K | End Date | End date of the licence for the validity period | Date | Stored in 'YYYY-MM-DD' format. |
| L | Valid for Days | Number of days the licence is valid for | Integer | Represents the duration in days. |
| M | Purchased Assignment Allowance | Number of licence assignments purchased | Integer | Examples include ‘1’ or ‘unlimited’ |
| N | Available Assignment Allowance | Number of assignments currently available | Integer | Represents the remaining number of assignments. |
| O | Url Allowance Utilized | Amount of URL allowance utilized | Integer | Represents the number of URLs utilized. |
| P | Host Allowance Utilized | Amount of host allowance utilized | Integer | Represents the number of hosts utilized. |
| Q | Licensable Resource Ids | Identifiers for licensable resources | List of Integers | Examples include Asset ids |
| R | Assignment Dates | Dates of assignments | List of Dates | List of dates when assignments were made. |
| S | Licensable Resource Upgrade Dates | Dates of resource upgrades | List of Dates | List of dates when licensable resources were upgraded. |
| T | Licensable Resource Upgrade License Ids | Identifiers for upgrade licenses | Array of UUIDs, Strings | List of UUIDs or strings identifying the licenses for resource upgrades. |
