Release notes from the Edgescan bi-monthly release

• Changes
  • Added change to auto renewal, where renewals are only created for the active licences and not for the upgraded assets.
  • Added Organization ID filter to licence utilization summary.
  • Added santization to email event templates so that potential issues can be picked up during creating rather than upon event firing.
  • Added better feedback for when a retest is requested on an asset that doesn't have a valid licence.
  • Added accented color to initiate scan button in assets page.
