Release notes from the Edgescan bi-monthly release

• As a User, I can toggle the auto renew all button via the various frontend end-points.
• As a user I don't want identity providers to be able to create new user accounts so that clients can create users and control access
• Removed access to onboarding forms - this has been deprecated as the asset creation workflow is now mature.

Gen-AI

• Insights excludes inactive assets from correlations.
• Tables in AI Insights aren't readable in dark mode.
• Insight links to CVE & CWEs now link correctly to NIST.
• Display more detail about organization and sub-organization for each insight

Bug fixes

• Update Swagger endpoint data with latest request response info
• Bug Fixes for Auto Renewals
• Bulk Update Assets Feature Stuck at 100% Task Progress
