Edgescan supports a number of identity providers (IdPs):
- AWS
- Azure AD
- G Suite
- Okta
- Ping Identity
To set up SSO, the Edgescan will collect the following information from the customer:
- The name of the Identity Provider service you're using
- Your Identity Provider's login URL
- Your Identity Provider’s name_id_format
- The x.509 SHA256 certificate fingerprint from your Identity Provider
- The list of permissions new users should have (if any)
- The edgescan.com subdomain you'd like to use to access the portal - we're suggesting <company-name>.edgescan.com
- Your Identity Provider logout URL (this is optional)
Edgescan requires the following SAML attributes to be sent by your Identity Provider when authenticating with Edgescan:
- firstname
- lastname
The Edgescan team will take care of SSO implementation once these details are confirmed.
