The easiest way to solve this block is to allocate working credentials to an asset, this block will typically be manually resolved, if there are no credentials added to an asset and you add credentials, this block will be automatically resolved.

 Block cause  Cause description
Credentials required There are not credentials allocated to the asset. You can add credentials to an asset using this workflow.
Invalid credentials The credentials assigned to the asset are invalid an we cannot authenticate to the asset.
Account locked The account provided is locked, this is usually due to a password or account expiry.
