Fixed a bug where "consolidated solutions" option in reporting was not functioning correctly.
As a user, when I create a new asset with blockers, when I resolve the blockers and initiate scanning, I can optionally have overdue assessment kick off immediately or be scheduled to the next occurrence.
Added support in EASM to indicate new domains in subsequent scans
