Overview

Org Viewer provides read-only visibility across an organization's assets, scans, vulnerabilities, and administrative records. It grants no ability to create, edit, or delete anything, it is a "look but don't touch" role.

Best suited for users who need visibility into organisational information but do not need to make changes, such as stakeholders reviewing security posture, auditors, or colleagues who need context without operational responsibility.

What Org Viewer Can Do

  • Assets & scanning: Visibility of assets, location specifiers, scan configurations, internal scanning appliances, and pause schedules.

  • Vulnerability & attack surface intelligence: Visibility of insights and EASM (External Attack Surface Management) investigations.

  • Organization & licensing: Visibility of organization records, licences, and orders.

  • Administration: Visibility of users, roles, direct permissions, shared credentials, policy documents, and template fields.

  • Notifications: Visibility of notification opt-in records.

What Org Viewer Cannot Do

Every grant on this role is view only. It cannot create an asset, edit an organization setting, kick off or cancel a scan, assign a role, or change a notification preference.
