Overview

Org Admin provides broad administrative access across the organisation, including the ability to manage organisational resources, settings, and related functionality. It is the most comprehensive of the four main global roles.

Best suited for trusted users who are responsible for administering the organisation and overseeing access and configuration.

What Org Admin Can Do

  • Assets: Full control, create, edit, delete, view, discard vulnerabilities, edit risk ratings, manage assessments, manage pause schedules, manage retests, cancel scans, and manage licence auto-renewal.
  • Organization settings: Edit the organization record, its options and SLAs, oversee licensing and tag usage, and manage licence auto-renewal at the organization level.
  • Users: Full control, create, edit, delete, view, and assign roles to users.
  • Roles & permissions: Full control over roles themselves (create, edit, delete, view) and over direct permission records (create, edit, delete, view).
  • Scan configuration: Full control, including authentication, session verification, and token mapping management.
  • Policy documents & notification opt-ins: Full control over policy documents (create, edit, delete, view) and notification opt-ins (create, edit, view).
  • Licences & orders: Can view, edit, and upgrade licences; can view orders.
  • Full control over: Pause schedules, shared credentials, browser recordings, EASM investigations.
  • Insights: Can view and edit.
