Benefits of Roles
Roles simplify user management by grouping permissions into reusable sets. Instead of assigning permissions individually, you can:
- Save time by applying predefined roles to multiple users.
- Improve security with consistent access control.
- Simplify audits by reviewing role-based permissions instead of individual settings.
Viewing Roles
The Roles Index Page provides an overview of all roles in your organization:
- Role Name
- Description
- Visibility
- User Count
- Actions
Key Features:
- Search and filter roles
- Pagination for large role sets
- Quick access to role details

Creating a New Role
- Click Add Role on the Roles index page.

- Fill in:
- Role Name
- Description
- Organization

- Click Save.
Best Practices:
- Use clear, descriptive names.
- Provide detailed descriptions for future reference.
Deleting a Role
- Navigate to the role’s detail page.
- Click the Trash icon.
- Confirm deletion in the modal dialog.

Important:
- This action cannot be undone.
- Roles with assigned users cannot be deleted.
- Deleting a role makes it unavailable for assignement
