Opting in
To view Insights your organization will first need to Opt In. For hierarchical structures, each sub-organization must separately opt-in.
Once opted in some of your anonymized data will be submitted to a LLM and Insights generated. To view these navigate to Administration -> AI Insights.
Org Admins of the organization will automatically be given permission to view these insights.
Opting out
It is possible to revoke your Opt-in at any time from the organization page.
- Once opted-out, no more of your data will be submitted to the LLM and any previously generated Insights will no longer be accessible.
Granting Direct Permissions to others
Org admins may grant or deny the view permission on the insight resource to other users via the User page
