How Can I Update Assets In Bulk?

You can update assets in bulk using the update function in the UI. Select the assets you wish to update, and click the bulk actions button on the right of the assets page, then click update and follow the steps in the UI.

  1. Select the assets you wish to update.

  2. Click Bulk Actions button on the right of the UI
  3. Click Update Assets

  4. Follow the steps to update the assets in the UI. You must download the .csv that has the editable data associated with your assets.

    The fields that can be edited are available with descriptions here.


  5. Once you make the changes to your .csv you can upload it back into the platform.
  6. Review the changes as they're presented in the UI, any errors will be highlighted on the left of the table.


  7. Confirm any scan window changes
  8. Confirm changes and initiate update. 
  9. Large numbers of assets may take a few minutes to complete.
